Perched on the ridge above the Koman ferry port, Panorama is a handful of A-frame cabins, a stone-walled café and a wide terrace looking straight into the Albanian Alps. Wake to mist on the mountains, take the boat down the Shala river, and return to coffee on the deck as the sun drops behind the ridge.
